Your way of working

Still about the project, but this time, it's more like curiosity. (And it'll help me in order to organize the forum)
How do you people work on the project? For instance, we french have one hour of European section a week, and we're separated in two groups, one who works on Tuesdays, the other on Fridays. Each of this group is made up of six teams, a project planning one, a technical one, a geography one, a scholar system one, and a redaction one.
We've heard that some of you were working whole days on it? Well, anyway, I'm (and I'm sure I'm not the only one) very curious about it. Let's hear what you have to say!
